Today I ran my first real workout since arriving in Juiz de Fora. I generally don't have trouble with gauging my pace and I'm pretty accurate at hitting the splits, but today I was a bit off. Since Mike was already timing all my reps, I stopped looking at my watch and just tried to enjoy the working. Still not feeling great, but I hit all the paces (close enough) and still have time before I need to be 100%.
2x1000m tempo, then 4x [300m, jog 100m, 100m]
Followed by my last session in the gym, which was verrrrry light.
In the afternoon I took a nap and after dinner and got a massage. Last night before Rio.
